Shipping Information

Which countries we ship to
We ship worldwide to almost all major countries. The shipping charges applicable to your shipping address will be added to the order total in the shopping cart before you proceed to checkout. If shipping is not available to your country, your shopping cart will show a message saying "No shipping available to the selected country". In such a case, you are requested to contact us for customs arrangements.

Insurance of shipments
All shipments we send are fully insured and traceable. Our staff will instantly update you regarding the tracking details once your order is shipped. The shipping charges are inclusive of insurance as well as packing.

Time taken for executing your order and shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within a maximum period of seven working days (usually). We will send you an email to confirm the outgoing date and give you the estimated arrival date at your address. We shall keep you updated regarding the status of your order.

Customs charges & duties
Please be advised that we neither control nor pay for any customs charges, duties or VAT in your country, as they vary from case to case and are beyond our reach. However, there are no import duties on gemstones in the USA, Europe and Canada. In other countries you may be looking at around 1% of the declared value for loose gems. Also you will be able to recover VAT as a professional buyer. Please contact your local customs if you need further information.

Time taken by the shipment to reach its destination
Normally, shipments are delivered as follows:
U.S.A., Canada & South America: 4-8 days
U.K., France & Europe: 3-5 days
Russia: 4-8 days
South East Asia: 2-4 days
Indian Subcontinent: 1-2 days
Rest of the world: 5-9 days

Returns Policy

We have a very clear returns policy. Our inspection period is 15 days, starting with the day you receive the supply. If you don't like the stuff, return it and we will refund your money. It is that simple. No exceptions. No discussions. No delays. There is no re-enlisting or re-stocking fee. The only condition is that the item must be returned in its original condition, unchanged in any way, undamaged and includes the complete packaging, documentation, certificates, free gifts, etc. Shipping charges & payment transaction fees are not refundable. This 15 days returns policy is applicable only to purchases made on our online store or through the internet and is not valid for offline purchases (in which case the customer gets a chance to see and inspect the item physically before purchasing it).

Since we carry the major cost (and the work) of a return, it is in our foremost business interest not to show or present any article or item of supply as better than it actually is. A returned item is bad news for us. At the end of the day, every return raises our cost and hence our prices, which is in nobody's interest. Therefore we do everything to ensure that what you have seen on our screen item is what you get. Refunds on returns

• The cost of shipping for return is to be borne by the customer.
• Customs charges/duties applicable on return have to be paid by the customer.
• Refunds for items purchased will always be issued to the customer who placed the order.
• Before sending the return to us, please inform us by email help@johribazaar.com.
• To expedite the processing of your return, please reference your order number.
• We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
• The returned item must be in our possession within 15 days of the date you receive it.
• Item that were designed especially for you as per your request cannot be returned.
• Shipping charges are non refundable.
• We do not guarantee any time limit for delivery. In rare cases, delays might occur due to Customs clearance delays, disruption of air transports, unavailability of ordered items, other uncontrollable circumstances arising from natural disasters. However we always try our level best to ensure delivery within the number of days to delivery as mentioned above. In case the ordered item(s) do (es) not reach the customer within 30 days of our having shipped the same from India, we will offer a full refund, provided any tracking information does not show that delivery was attempted at the customer doorstep. However, in case of packages for which we do not have a tracking number, we will assume on good faith that the package delivery was not attempted and we will refund the entire amount after a month from our Shipping date.
• In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong Shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing order, we will be able to offer a partial refund after deduction of the charges we had to bear to have the item(s) packaged and shipped as well as any payment gateway charges we might have had to bear.
• Customs charges, if any, will have to be borne by the customer. However, by experience, we find that customs charges are very rarely applicable on our packages.
